Please note that you do not have to apply to more than one position though. If you have an expertise in more than one department you are welcome to talk about your experience in an interview.
A formal background check is required for any management (this includes Assistant Store Manager and Food & Beverage Manager) or Corporate position.

Many of our stores operate 24/7, so weekends and holidays may be expected. Your schedule is something that will be worked out individually. We generally hire based on the needs of a store and work hard to accommodate a schedule that will fit the needs of our Team Members.

Depending on staffing levels or specific store needs a Team Member may be asked, on occasion, to work a little extra, however, overtime is not required for hourly Team Members.

Full-time Team Members are eligible for health benefits after 60 Days! Choose from individual or family plans. Ancillary benefits (dental, vision, disability, etc.) are also available. Rusty Lantern Markets contributes 75% of the cost of all health plans and ancillary benefits. All full-time Team Members are also eligible to receive a $25,000 life insurance policy at no cost.
