Our Beans Club is a coffee lovers’ loyalty program. If you love coffee, then this club is FOR YOU! Yes, you earn points on every qualifying purchase when you order online! At checkout, simply enter your RLM Alt ID or Rewards card number in the field provided. Points will be delivered to your account soon after you’ve completed your transaction.
Yes, all Rusty Lantern Markets throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island participate in the Rewards program.
Any fresh food, self-serve or handcrafted beverage, or retail item you buy is considered a qualifying purchase EXCEPT FOR lottery tickets, alcohol, tobacco products, gift cards, or fuel.
Every time you make a qualifying purchase and SCAN your barcode, or ENTER your RLM Alt ID, or SWIPE your Rewards card at checkout, we’ll add points to your account. Your points balance is displayed on the landing page of the App, or you can check your points balance by logging into your account online. You can also access your transaction history by clicking on the More icon at the bottom of your App screen and clicking on Transaction History.
You can track your Beans Club and Kitchen Club purchases every time you SCAN your barcode, or ENTER your RLM Alt ID, or SWIPE your Rewards card at checkout. It’s easy!
And when you qualify for your FREE Beans Club or Kitchen Club item, your Rewards App will automatically redeem the reward at time of purchase.
Every time you make a qualifying purchase and SCAN your barcode, or ENTER your RLM Alt ID, or SWIPE your Rewards card at checkout, we’ll add points to your account. And now that you’ve started to collect points, you’ll want to make sure you’ve registered your card or App to redeem them.
You redeem points for items in our offer catalog. The catalog can be accessed on the App’s landing page.
- Simply click the Redeem button.
- Scroll through the qualifying active offers and click the offer Redeem button to select that reward.
- Next, click the Confirm button and the reward will be redeemed and added to your account.
- The offer is now available. The next time you shop, simply ring up your items at the register (or online), SCAN your barcode, or ENTER your RLM Alt ID, or SWIPE your Rewards card at checkout. Your reward(s) will be honored, and you’ll receive your selection.
NOTE: As long as you have enough points for your selection(s), there is no limit to the number of rewards you can redeem at a time.

Yes. Once you’ve redeemed points in the offer catalog, your selected rewards will be added to your account. All you need to do is pick up or order the items you’ve selected, SCAN your barcode, or ENTER your RLM Alt ID, or SWIPE your Rewards card at checkout, and your offers will be honored.
Catalog Rewards expire one month after the end of the month they were issued. For example, if you redeem a reward on October 15, 2024 that reward will expire on November 30, 2024.
Points expire 12 months after the end of the month they were earned. That is, if you earn points on October 15, 2024, those points will expire November 30, 2025.

Your Alt ID is 756 + the phone number you used to set up the account (e.g., 756 (555) 555-1234). You can also find it in the App by clicking on the barcode icon.

At Rusty Lantern Market we believe your birthday is a great occasion to celebrate! Every year on your birthday we’ll send you 500 points you can use to treat yourself to something special on us!
And, if you’re 21 years old or older and want to make age-restricted purchases, the App will need the information to allow you access to those items.
The program is intended for personal use only. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, assigned to or shared with others.
You can delete your account on the website or on the App. Be careful, once you delete the account you will not be able to gain access to past activities or any remaining points earned.
